Account administrators can view, print/save a PDF or make a payment to their account invoice from within their CQ Network account.
Account administrators can view, print/save a PDF or make a payment to their account invoice from within their CQ Network account.
Log in to your CQ Network account. From the Account Status home page, navigate to the ‘Make Payment’ link under the Payment heading in the left menu area. On the Make Payment page, you can view your current or outstanding invoice.
From the Make Payment page, click on the ‘View a printable version of my invoice’ link which appears above the invoice on the left hand side. A new window will appear with your invoice which will allow you to Print Invoice or Save as PDF. Choose the option you require.
The Make Payment page also allows you to make a credit card payment to your account. Located under the invoice, there is the Credit Card Payment option which allows you to enter the credit card data and complete the transaction. Once you have made the credit card payment, you can view your receipt on the ‘Payment History’ page located under the Payment heading from the left menu. The most recent transaction will appear at the bottom of the list.
