The CQN Quarterly Review will happen on Friday, March 31, 2023.  

This review usually has the largest effect on an account as it is the first one following the annual data update. 

These Evaluation sections are reviewed each quarter:

Section 1 Safe Work Performance:

• Workers’ Compensation Performance (Surplus or Discount position)
• Fatal Injuries or Illnesses (H & S and Environmental Performance page)
• OHS Prosecutions (OHS Regulatory Compliance page)
• OHS / Environmental Citations (OHS Regulatory Compliance page)

Section 2.1 HSE Management System Audit

•  HSE-MS Audit (Certificate of Recognition or equivalent)  

If you have not already completed the annual Questionnaire and Documents update, please do so before March 31st.  This ensures your account displays the most up-to-date Evaluation score.
