There are many benefits to being a CQ Network Approved subscriber.

How to Obtain your CQ Network Approval

There are two levels of approval within the CQ Network system:
Standard (CQS) Approval or Advanced (CQA) Approval.

Standard Approval, requires that the following be met and maintained within your account:

  • Achieve a minimum CQ Network Evaluation score of 60%.
  • Have current Comprehensive General Liability (CGL) and Automotive Insurance.
  • Have current HSE Performance data (Stats) and WCB/WSIB/EMR Performance data.

Account must be in good standing with no outstanding payment.

Advanced Approval, requires that the following be met and maintained within your account:

  • Achieve a minimum CQ Network Evaluation score of 85%
  • There cannot be a zero (0) score on questions within the Health, Safety and Environmental Management section and Training, Skills Development and Recordkeeping section (Questions 2.1 – 3.3)
  • Have current Comprehensive General Liability (CGL) and Automotive Insurance.
  • Have current HSE Performance data (Stats) and WCB/WSIB/EMR Performance data.
  • WCB/WSIB/EMR rate is in a discount position
  • A Certificate of Recognition (COR) is obtained, current and uploaded into your account. (There is a 30-day expiry grace period)
  • Account must be in good standing with no outstanding payment.
